2. Authorised retailer and authenticity
We are an authorised retailer of the brands we sell. We buy products directly from those brands and sell only new, genuine items. Proof of authorisation for any brand is available on request. If you believe an item you received is not genuine, contact us within [30] days and we will investigate and resolve it, including a refund where the item is found not to be authentic.
3. Products and prices
Prices are shown in [South African rand (ZAR)] and include VAT unless stated otherwise. We describe and photograph products as accurately as we can, but colours may vary slightly by screen. Stock is limited. If a product is unavailable or a price was shown in error, we will tell you before dispatch and offer a full refund or an alternative.
4. Orders and payment
Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email. Payments are processed by [payment provider, e.g. PayFast / Stripe / PayPal]. We do not see or store your full card details.
5. Delivery
